WOOD & MOTION ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases in the Wood & Motion Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), operated by: WOOD & MOTION SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Bydgoszcz, ul. Aleksandra Krzywca 24, 85-862 Bydgoszcz, Poland.

The Store is intended for individual consumers, entrepreneurs, and sole traders with consumer rights.

Product prices displayed in the Store do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but rather an invitation to conclude a contract. Prices are listed gross (including applicable taxes) in the currency selected by the Customer.

The primary scope of business activity is furniture manufacturing (PKD 31.00.Z).
§2 Account Registration and Electronic Services

Account registration in the Store is voluntary and free of charge.

The Customer may delete their Account at any time by sending a request via email to: kontakt@woodmotion.pl.

The Service Provider provides electronic newsletter services and provides an online Order Form.
§3 Placing Orders

The Customer may place orders either as a registered user or as a guest.

The purchasing process consists of adding Products to the cart and confirming the purchase by clicking the "Order and Pay" button.

Note regarding Reformers: Due to the artisanal, handcrafted nature of production using natural American walnut wood, the fulfillment timeline for Reformers is specified individually in each product description.

Confirmation of order receipt by the Store constitutes the conclusion of a Sales Agreement.
§4 Payments

The Store provides the following payment methods:

Electronic payments and credit/debit card payments via the Stripe system.

Traditional wire transfer to the Seller's bank account.

The credit card processing fee is 1 PLN + 1.5% per successful transaction.

The Customer is required to make the payment within 3 business days from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement.
§5 Delivery and Freight Shipping

Delivery of Products is available within the territory of Poland and selected countries worldwide.

Shipping costs depend on weight and dimensions:

Mats and Accessories: Standard courier delivery according to the rates shown in the checkout cart.

Reformers: Due to substantial weight and dimensions, freight shipping is conducted on pallets or via dedicated company transport. Shipping costs are calculated individually.

The delivery time for accessories is typically up to 5 Business Days, unless stated otherwise.
§6 Complaints (Statutory Warranty)

The Seller is obliged to deliver Products free of defects.

Complaints must be submitted electronically to the Store's email address.

Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Wood & Motion notes that the natural grain and texture variations of walnut wood are unique characteristics of the raw material and do not constitute a physical defect.
§7 Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the Product.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

Important Note: In the case of Reformers, the return shipping cost may be significantly higher than standard parcel shipping due to mandatory oversized pallet/freight transport requirements.

The Store will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal; however, the refund may be withheld until the returned Product is received.
§8 Final Provisions

Any matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of Polish law.

The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes enter into force on the date of their publication on the website.

All disputes will be resolved amicably in the first instance.
