All orders are fulfilled by WOOD & MOTION SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. We make every effort to ensure that each order reaches you in impeccable condition.

2. Order Processing & Lead Time

Accessories & Mats: Orders for these items are typically dispatched within 7 business days from the moment payment is cleared.
Pilates Machines: Due to the bespoke, handcrafted nature of our production, lead times for machines are determined individually and specified in each product description. Every piece undergoes rigorous quality and biomechanical testing prior to dispatch.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Methods

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the products.

Standard Shipments: Fulfilled via trusted courier services.
Oversized Freight (Pilates Machines): Shipped on specialized transport pallets or via dedicated freight transport to guarantee maximum structural safety.

4. Machine Delivery Terms

Curbside Delivery: Standard pallet deliveries operate on a curbside basis—meaning the carrier unloads the pallet directly in front of the building or property entrance.
Indoor Delivery & Carrying: Due to the substantial weight of our equipment, drivers are not required or authorized to bring the freight inside private residences or commercial studios. Please arrange adequate assistance for unloading and indoor placement.
Package Inspection: Upon receipt, please inspect the condition of the packaging carefully in the presence of the courier.
